World Indigenous Peoples’ Conference on Viral Hepatitis

The 3rd World Indigenous Peoples’ Conference on Viral Hepatitis (WIPCVH) will take place in Saskatoon, Canada and virtually, from 22 to 24 June 2022. It is the world’s largest Indigenous meeting on viral hepatitis.
WIPCVH will feature leading hepatitis experts and Indigenous leaders in health and wellness, the latest medical and frontline developments in hepatitis testing, treatment and care, the wisdom and knowledge of Elders, safe spaces sharing lived and living experiences of hepatitis, and Indigenous cultural and land-based activities.
Approximately 250 Indigenous and non-Indigenous participants from around the world will attend the conference, which will include plenary speakers, panel discussions and workshops focusing on cultural and land-based activities. To accommodate COVID-19 travel restrictions, the organizers are offering virtual tickets for access to online sessions.
